I'm writing having recently purchased your phone security product after hearing about through a friend.
I run a sales company and last week held an event which included a number of new personnel that had just started in our firm. I'd completed a welcome address during which my phone had vibrated with an incoming call causing me to take it out of my pocket and place it on a table. As I returned to it I found it had disappeared and now had the awkward decision to make as to whether I accused one of our new staff, the hotel staff or kept quiet and wait to see which new SIM card would be placed in the phone. My second line is down as one of my "buddy" numbers so I decided to wait patiently for the phone tracker part of your product to alert me.
At 11.30pm that night I received a message informing me that a new SIM card had been placed in my hand phone and that the thief was requesting a new pin number. I refrained from calling immediately and instead waited until the following morning when I was able to cross reference the number against the names of those people attending the meeting.
To my enormous disappointment the thief turned out to be one of our new star performing sales people.
A direct phone call to the individual along with the threat of immediate police action resulted in my phone being returned the following day and the individual being immediately terminated from our employment. A police report has also been lodged.
Not only did I get my phone back within 48 hours of its theft, I also removed a dishonest person from my company that no doubt could have caused far greater problems had they remained undiscovered.
